I don't understand how Trump will get Mexico to pay for it. Get it right please.

Trump has explained, in the simplest of terms, the many different ways that could be used to entice Mexico to not only pay for The Wall, but be pleased to pay for it.
That’s why I used ‘building’ instead of ‘paying’, because he has explained it in a way that even a 6th grader could understand, and I didn’t want to throw you in with the 5th graders.
