The elite may live surrounded by personal guards but they still like to enjoy a place like Paris. What good is it to be super rich if you cannot take a stroll along the streets of Paris, go to an opera, sporting event, fine restaurant, shopping at the finest stores etc. With thousands of muslims around Paris and throughout France the leadership should understand that their police cannot be everywhere and as the government keeps letting in more and more muslims, it seems like they do not want to have any limits concerning muslims whatsoever.
