The Chinese line is that Uighur race riots against Chinese settlers = Islamic terrorism. DNA-wise, the Uighurs are about 60% Caucasian, 40% Mongoloid. Culturally, they’re a lot closer to their Turkic Central Asian neighbors than they are to China.
If Muzzis engage in acts of terror, it’s fair to call them Islamic terrorists.
But not the most relevant descriptors. That would be like saying that the San Bernardino attack was carried out by Asians. Muslims, like every other religious group, can have goals that are unrelated to religion. Chinese Muslims, who look like other Chinese, aren't involved in these attacks.

The USA really needs to align with Russia and China to eliminate islam once and for all humankind.
There’s lots of Muzzies in my neighborhood who haven’t engaged in terrorist acts. That doesn’t mean that those who have aren’t Islamic terrorists.
Interesting footnote to this exchange - the only Muzzi to set off a terrorist bomb in my hometown was a Chinese (not Uighur - real Chinese).
That’s not the goal of Russia and/or China.
I don’t care what their goals are as long as they are elimination islam and its throwbacks. It’s a good start if nothing else.
World domination is not a concern to you?
Remember that a great deal of the terror tactics that Muslims employ today came straight from the communists.
I’ll worry about world domination 2 as soon as we eliminate world domination one - islam and its morons that buy into that nonsense.
