Justin Trudeau and Hillary Clinton agree on some policies but Trudeau has expressed less-than-warm feeling towards Donald Trump and Ted Cruz.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will be visiting the White House at a fortuitous moment should he hope to chat with the current U.S. president about the cast of characters hoping to become the next one.
The first White House state dinner in 19 years for a Canadian leader will be happening right in the heat of primary season, after voters in key states like South Carolina have already weighed in.
Those votes hold consequences for the Canada-U.S. relationship and whether it ends 2016 the way it begins â with a spirit of amiability and ideological alignment between two national leaders.
The prime minister and president have conveyed mutual affection and a desire to downplay potential irritants, like the Keystone XL pipeline and Canadaâs shift in the Mideast combat mission....

Justin Trudeau is a far left lunatic. That he is not fond of Ted Cruz is yet another reason to vote for Cruz.
America first.
Some folks just can’t grasp the concept.
Go Trump.
We are not here to please socialist Canadians.
Canada went full bore left, so you know that only marcolito or shrillary would be liberal enough for them, but the only important question is who would be better for America and by extension the world, of those mentioned in the article only two fit and their first names do not start with M or H.
Like father, like son.
I think that Trump would be best for Canada. He’d invade the more conservative provinces, immediately make them states with full citizenship rights & immediate elections. The new conservative Senators and Congresscritters could help existing constitutional conservatives outvote the RINO Republicans in charge.
Trump would also allow Hawaii to secede (with a 999 year lease on Navy and Army facilities) and allow Puerto Rico to be united with Quebec. And, of course, being a fair man he would allow/require DC to become part of Maryland to add their votes to the votes of the Maryland ‘RATS that go to ‘RAT Senators. This very fair move would remove the incessant whining from DC residents about “taxation without representation”.

Who cares what Canada thinks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They sue America over labeling our meats and get billions because of NAFTA. They get a free ride during the cold war under our air force protection and don’t pay a penny of the costs, they have a socialist government bound in the opposite direction of what has always made America strong, they come to America for better medical treatment than they can get in Canada, they etc. etc. etc. ad infinitum. To hell with Canada. They’ve never been our friend since the US was founded.
Harper would have been what was best for Canada, so they won’t even vote in their own best interests.
The one candidate who actually was a Canadian is the candidate Canada deserves ...
I surrender.
If Trump is GOOD FOR THE USA then who cares? All the rest will fall into place.
“but Trudeau has expressed less-than-warm feeling towards Donald Trump and Ted Cruz”
When the Commies, uh, I mean “Progressives”, hate you, it simply reaffirms you’re on the right track.
Trump will liberate Canada from Trudeau and annex it to the United States.
Hillary has already stated that she won’t approve the pipeline. So it’s not her.
Ted Cruz was born in Alberta, Canada, so he’s got to be the best for Canada, eh?
“Theyâve never been our friend since the US was founded.”
That is absolute 100 percent Grade A bullshit!
And then we're coming for your beer, eh?
Canada did go full bore left, but the free west didn’t. Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta and most of bc still went conservative.
Learn a little history before you throw your “Bullshit” around.
