I run a tiny company. I'll be laying off at least eight people if tariffs on Chinese goods are raised (they are already very high). There are no domestic sources for what we buy - the art was lost decades ago. And domestic sources cannot re-appear in the current tax/regulatory environment.

I'm not alone. My scenario will be replicated hundreds of thousands of times across the country.
