These things make better rifle targets than Tannerite. But I wouldn’t really have any 1st hand knowledge of that.Would they make as good a bomb casing as a pressure cooker?

Yes there is all manner of dangerous uses for these things and the authorities have reason to be concerned, but there are many commercial and business uses too. I hope they were stolen for one of those uses.
