There is a lot of heavy duty work to be done. It will require force.
It needs to be guided by skill and precision regarding the Constitution.

I conclude we need both tools. The issue for me is which should come first?

Cruz/Trump, a President guided by the Constitution, and a VP plowing the fallow ground. A VP is can get away with a lot more than a President. Trump knocking them down and Cruz putting them in their place!
