The Washington Free Beacon reports: "Newly discovered audio recordings of Hillary Clinton from the early 1980s include the former first lady's frank and detailed assessment of the most significant criminal case of her legal career: defending a man accused of raping a 12-year-old girl."

Just one of many toys from yesteryear that Hellary would prefer to stay packed up tight and securely stored in the attic.
Must be a Rat Party thing.
If Herself just would make these taped comments, and follow it with her patented and trademarked evil cackle...
Oh. Herself did.
This case was good practical experience for Hillary. It prepared her for stopping the bimbo eruptions later in her career.
There’s no statute of limitations on bar complaints. It also doesn’t have to be made by the client. It’s a national story waiting to happen.
Hillary reveals confidential information about her criminal defense and statements her client made to her in confidence.

Regardless of whatever HRC may or may not be guilty of, every accused person in the USA has the right to legal counsel.
What exactly is the perceived issue with them receiving it?
Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?
Was it Bill?
LOL- spilling my eggnog!
What’s wrong with Hillary’s actions here?
Yes, all are entitled to legal representation. But if the head of, say, Life News acted as lawyer for Planned Parenthood you’d see the conflict of stated values and actual values.
Women says all women are to believed in claims of rape... that she’s the defender of women and on their side...
and here on tape she’s laughing about a 12-year-old girl being raped by a relative and her getting the guy out of jail.
There’s the problem.
Hillary isn’t for women or rape victims or for kids.
She’s for letting rapists walk and then laughs about it.
I listened to the tape and my perception was that she did an excellent job as a defense attorney representing her client as was her job. I would also laugh at idiots who mishandle/lose evidence.
I dislike HRC as much as the next person, but this argument is simply stupid. She was carrying out her function correctly.
Now, her husband’s proven record of sexually harassing women on the job who were his subordinates is a REAL issue. Slick Willie is trying to get back into the White House in a participatory role.
You’re speaking like a lawyer.
Imagine the reaction of the average voter to a 12 year old getting raped by a relative and Hillary getting the bloody evidence tossed out. Then laughing as the rapist went free.
Then telling America she’s standing up to ‘schlong’ rhetoric.
He actions don’t match her rhetoric.
The audio also didn’t tell the full story.
In a long, emotional interview with The Daily Beast, she accused Clinton of intentionally lying about her in court documents, going to extraordinary lengths to discredit evidence of the rape, and later callously acknowledging and laughing about her attackersâ guilt on the recordings.
âHillary Clinton took me through Hell,â the victim said. The Daily Beast agreed to withhold her name out of concern for her privacy as a victim of sexual assault.
The same “average voter” pool that elected Obama twice?
hmmmmph.
This is exactly the kind of crap that backfires and makes all conservatives look like ignorant fools to be voted against.
Hitler-y is a bloody Hypocrite.
What was done that was illegal? This is all purely emotional response.
This isn’t about legality.
It’s about the character of a woman who wants to be president.
If your major concern is that it will let Slick Willy back into the White House, then you don’t know much about Hillary.
This interview is a window into her cold, empty soul. It adds a bit more to what we already know about her. She is an evil, dishonest, and vindictive person who portrays herself as a champion of women’s rights, when in fact, she is just the opposite.
This cackling witch has no business being in the White House, and conservatives have no business apologizing for her.
No you don't.
