Just from the headline, if this happened, yeah, Kasich should be prosecuted for such a threat, horrible thing to say, doofus and of course, anti-life not pro-life if he pretends to be that.
I can’t stand Kasich, but I don’t think you can prosecute him for something one of his campaign workers said.
