The precondition has to stay in somehow. It is totally irresponsible for the medical insurance companies to say no to someone who is sick. How are they to get help? Pay out of pocket? The average American makes 53 thousand dollars a year which is way more than Medicaid will allow to be eligible. So what do you do with these unfortunate in life folks? (This is not my situation at all but I do wonder about it).

How is it irresponsible? They are not responsible for your care.

Perhaps the government should take more of your money to help pay for it.

Yes, pre-existing conditions shouldn’t prevent coverage. There are plenty of things that should be addressed within the Healthcare Industry, but very few of those should be addressed by the Federal Government. Healthcare is an issue that belongs at the state level.

You’re right but some people have no hearts. Obamacare caused my firm to stop paying my insurance so now its $1200 a month out of my pay since June. I barely get through some months now as i work on commission. So its caused me great pain and personal anguish and while simple repeal would be best for me i understand thats not the whole answer.
