Yeah, that was a jerk move.

The final straw for me was Mississippi where they tarred good, decent people as racists.

Now I vote in the primaries then go 3rd party or write-in in the general if I have to.

That’s the right approach. Leaving Republican primaries makes no sense, but you can sit out awful nominees in the general election, as I did with John Cornball in 2014.
