UPDATE 12.22.15: The Washington Post removed the cartoon late Tuesday evening, and issued an apology explaining that they did not review Telnaes' work prior to publishing.

"It's generally been the policy of our editorial section to leave children out of it," Post editor Fred Hiatt said in a statement.

"I failed to look at this cartoon before it was published. I understand why Ann thought an exception to the policy was warranted in this case, but I do not agree."

I was supporting Cruz long before Trump got into this race and it irks me when I see supporters of either candidate trashing the other, we’re all on the same team and we all have the same objective which is to save our Republic from our domestic enemies, and that includes ‘RATS, RINOs and all of the libtard media.

But, I did find Cruz’s ad to be extremely goofy. With it’s goofiness and then using his daughters, whatever message he was trying to get across was lost.

If anyone needs to stay clear of “goofy”, Cruz should.
