As I was saying to sauropod, what makes it even more irritating is that fact that you know he is experiencing a degree of glee at that fact that it irritates people, seeing this complete and utter...yes...act of journalistic fellatio.
I feel bad propagating the “Lewinsky” meme, I really don’t know anything about her and have always suspected she willingly fell into a trap set for her by a powerful, charismatic (to her) older man who just needed one thing.
She will live with that, and while it was her willing choice, I can’t help thinking she feels genuine regret, so...I do feel sympathy for her. I know what it is like to live with regret and lessons learned.
