Ok I looked into this more. It relies on MOVEMENT of a human to determine position and speed, and to those who say that standing still will help, they are increasing the sensitivity to detect movement during breathing. So this will be useless against object detection.

I'm gettin' tired of these freaks who have to know everything everybody's doing. Eliminating freedoms under the guise of preventing terrorism is wrong, as is sticking their bureaucratic nose into everything and sundry.

Eliminating those imported elements of society who are known to cause problems would go a long way to quell such activity.
