"If you want someone who can fix the damn things that exist in this country, I am your guy, and I don't think thats low-energy."

Jeb Bush says he doesn't care about Donald Trump calling him "low-energy," and cited a 16-hour work day as evidence of his energy levels.

"I don't care about, I don't care about that," the former Florida governor and Republican presidential candidate said on the show Wall Street Week over the weekend. "I work 16-hour days. My wife doesn't care about that, she could think of a lot worse thing to say..."

On the home stage, Donald has Bush playing defense constantly, with the occasional “own goal” by Bush.

Makes me shudder to think how Putin would handle Bush on the world stage.

"If you want someone who can fix the damn things that exist in this country, I am your guy, and I don't think that's low-energy," added Bush after saying he was not the candidate who disparages people. "I just don't go out of my way to tear people down to make myself look better."

Temper temper, Jeb. It sounds like he's losing it.

There’s a difference between being awake for 16 hours a day, and actually doing things 16 hours a day. I have no doubt Jeb is awake 16 hours a day, 12 of which are probably spent crying, and whining about how mean Trump is to him.

A snail might work 16 hours a day, but does not get very far. So the snail and Jeb have that in common.

What they do not have in common is the snail is smarter.

Jeb comes off as low energy. Maybe because he’s exhausted. POTUS is no job to go into if he can’t do what he’s already doing, which is...what?

“”If you want someone who can fix the damn things that exist in this country,”

His definition of “fix” drastically differs from mine.

That response is a little bizarre. What are some of the worse things his wife can say?

Jeb Bush would never be uttering the words “low energy” if not for Donald J. Trump!

Bush would really be good at stamp collecting. You can do that for 16 hours a day as well.

Jeb Bush Denies He's Low-Energy: "I Work 16-Hour Days"

Maybe that's how long it takes a low-energy person to do 8 hours' of work.

I caught that and thought the same thing - like “Jeb, you idiot, what exactly are you almost revealing here???”
