"fear of terrorism" has to do with understanding MUSLIMS/ISLAM and not being threatened by political correctness to speak out in our cities about the Islamic push for Sharia law in America! Muslims suppress their female family members...honor killings go unreported for fear of displeasing those cockroaches among us...political correctness allows a Muslim to have as many as four wives here in the USA but we send Mormons to jail for that practice.
