Yes and it should be re-visited. The Supreme Court should define the term Natural Born Citizen as it was intended in the Constitution once and for all.

The Supreme Court should define the term Natural Born Citizen as it was intended in the Constitution once and for all. If the Court revisits this issue it will have very little to do with what the Constitution says and a lot to do with what 5 dumb@ss lawyers want it to say.
