Bart Daley and his employees at Capitol Quality Corp watched in horror the reports from San Bernardino of the mass shooting carried out by two Islamic terrorists. Fourteen people were killed in the attack. Twenty-two others were injured.
Four hours after the attack began, police pursued and stopped a black SUV carrying Syed Rizwan Farook, 28, and Tashfeen Malik, 27, a married couple, and after a fierce gun battle killed the two Islamic extremist.
Daley watched the unfolding events and as he says, âI made the difficult decision to arm members of my management team to provide a level of defense for our employees against the current rash of violent extremism that has ravaged our communities.â That very afternoon, Daley went to Shooters World and purchased a handgun. Little did he know that making that decision would cost him a business relationship with Suntrust Bank.

They accuse Trump of being a fascist but it is the left that loves fascism.
But of course, Muzzies still can open accounts.
He should file suit against Suntrust for violating his civil rights.
Suntrust doesnt want customers who support the Constitution. Ok
Do you reallllly want to do business with THAT bank?
Reeealllllly??
I would sue where the sun DON’T shine
However, at the end of the article there is this revelation.
In our first conversation with Bart Daley, he laughingly described himself as a liberal Democrat while telling us he had voted for President Obama in 2008. “I’m a fiscal conservative with liberal social views,” said Daley. “But since then, I’ve changed my voters registration to NPA (No Party Affiliation).”
Lie down with dogs,...
They ought to change their name to “Scumtrust” !
How is it that a business can refuse a customer based upon something that we have an enumerated civil right to in this country?
Can Suntrust close an account over a gay marriage?
I bet they can’t.
It’s time to sue,
I hope he is filing a lawsuit against the bank. As long as he is not engaged in criminal activity, the bank is way out of line in telling him that certain transactions are not acceptable.
BTW, when he challenged the bank, he was told that it wasn’t the gun per se, as much as it was other “questionable” purchases he had made.
Read the story.
I hope they closed his Account because he Voted for Obama.
What a friggin Hypocritical Maroon.
Votes for Obama and then goes to buy a Gun when he realizes that Obama’s Muzzie Buddies like to KILL People.
s far as Suntrust Bank is concerned, they obviously have issues with the Constitution, just like Obama.
Note to Donald and Ted: When you guys get into office, one of the first orders of business should be to open up a “proctological exam” on SunTrust’s management. Create severe pain for them. After all, turnabout is fair play!
I am concerned that the Left Wing Fascism is reaching disturbing levels. Either we fight back in the courtroom, or we fight back in the streets. But the LW Fascists are trying push Americans too far
The main problem with this fellow’s situation is that his business is not incorporated. It looks like Capitol Quality Corp is a sole proprietorship. When he purchased the gun, he was using his own funds, which happened to also coincide with his businesses’ funds (which would be the case in a non-incorporated business). I feel for the guy, but if Capitol Quality Corp had been incorporated, this wouldn’t have happened; his gun purchase would have been a totally separate transaction from his business.
Not that I’m excusing Suntrust Bank.
I got some idiot on Yahoo thread telling me only people on the right can be fascists.
...unless of course, he used Capitol Quality Corp funds to purchase the gun. But then, would the gun purchase have been exclusively for the business, or for his own protection?
Ah well, hope he has a good attorney.
I’d be willing to bet Suntrust has some of those evil guns in their building every time they open their doors for business - how can they justify that?
Hope this story goes viral and Sun disTrust goes out of business over this. It’s happened before — of course the LSM doesn’t cover it, but it has.
