For those who overstayed the visa, allow them to voluntarily leave and the auction companies can send them the value of their assets after auction minus their debts, also allowing them to ship their goods as possible.

Voluntarily leave? The law calls for their deportation and that they will not be allowed to reenter this country for many years--10 I believe. We owe them nothing. Why should we care about what they do with their assets in the US?
