Not necessarily-someone really smart (and evil) like Soros was pulling his strings in that campaign, they cleaned him up just long enough to “be there” for the first campaign, then let him slide back onto the drugs once they got the White House and the power. Speaking of "Being There", I created this graphic in April of 2008 to commemorate the SOBs ascension to the Spite House. What scares chit outta me is that it's taken so many others 7 years to figure this out. That sorta makes the case for what the SOB said, doesn't it?
