Knowing their families will be taken care of limits the number of people in various terror cells who get cold feet.
CAIR doesn't have to know who or where such cells are, they just step in and make sure all the interested parties can see that there is a group that will take care of their survivors.
Now let's see who puts out pictures of these two as heros of Iz Lame in Pakistan and throughout the world.
