I don’t see what the fuss is. I agree that she is captive to a wicked and evil cult but she believes its wonderful and why on earth would she swear her oath on a Bible? What else is she going to swear on, her car’s instruction manual? BTW, I just read the cleaning guidelines for my new weapon and it says either after each firing or once a year. What’s with that?

It means if the firearm typically resides unused in a safe, you should take it out, disassemble, clean, lubricate, and reassemble annually.
Cleaning and lubricating metal parts on a more frequent schedule won't hurt it and lets you keep corrosion at bay.
