You just confirmed why you are a Trump supporter. Ignore the red flags and his Clintonista ways but I believe he will lose anyway. On Eminent Domain it has been around for eons but to seize private property from a citizen in favor of private enterprise (not always for utilities or govt needs) I would bet Cruz would oppose that aspect.
