I’m not privileged because of my skin color. I’m privileged because of the behavior of my parents (and, to a much lesser extent, grandparents) and the expectations they placed on me. If that’s “white privilege,” I’m all for expanding it among all races, rather than discouraging it among whites.
Of course, one of those expectations they had was telling the truth, and there are a lot of “role models” who aren’t particularly fond of that.
