Trump is a business man and not a thug like Putin.
I don’t think he has ever ordered the death of a man with radiation poisoning.
One of the worst things Putin ever did was allowing the man trapped in the Sub (KURSK) to die because he was to proud to have the Swiss divers come and rescue them.
We now know they could have, the notes found on the bodies showed they were alive quite late in the disaster.
Not sure why the Russian people ever forgave him for that?
