The Japanese are the smartest people on the planet when it comes to pretending to play the PC game while doing what is best for Japan. We could learn a lot from them.

Even their foreign aid consists of sending lots of outdated equipment from Japan to their beneficiary so their beneficiary is forced to hire some Japanese company to maintain it, supply spare parts, build matching rail gauge and the like.

We, on the other hand, send mostly taxpayer dollars which the beneficiary is free to put in their own dictator's pockets or spend with the French.
