CHICAGO (CBS) — A Wheaton College professor who recently started wearing a hijab in a show of support for Muslims, has been suspended by the evangelical Christian school, after stating on Facebook that Christians and Muslims worship the same God.

Tenured associate professor Larycia Hawkins is a Christian, but wrote on Facebook on Dec. 10 that she decided to wear a hijab during Advent to stand in solidarity with Muslims and what they’ve endured in this country.

If Hawkins is a Christian she is a very confused one. Allah and the God of the Bible are not at all the same.

* Do Muslims worship Jesus Christ as their Lora and Savior?

No?

Then Muslims and Christians do NOT worship the same god.

* Do Muslims pray for the indwelling of the Holy Spirit?

No?

Then Muslims and Christians do NOT worship the same god.

Thank you Dr. Philip Ryken and all those responsible for standing up at Wheaton College.

Clearly the god of the Muslim and Christian relegions are NOT the same. The God I believe in, the God of my faith is a God who so loved the world that he gave his only begotton son to die on the cross for my sins.

That is the God I worship.

The Koran is ~1/10 of the length of the Bible and describes Mad Mo who is certainly NOT Christ-like.

That Mad Mo' is a prophet shows that Allah is probably a Pig God.

Mad Mo was neither a prophet or a military leader. He was nothing more than your garden variety degenerate who decided to invent a religion to indulge/justify his perversions.

Theft, murder, rape, plundering, conquest, pederasty, pedophilia.

No matter how attractive she was, I don’t think I would order my adopted son to divorce his wife so that I could have her. Who does that? Even back in those days such things were frowned upon.

Who marries a 6 year old at 56? and then consummates that marriage three years later? Even in those days they didn’t marry off girls under the age of 12.

There is so many things that this degenerate did, and used his stolen moon god allah to justify what he did.

I thought the Trinity was about Bombers, Submarines and Missile Silos in North Dakota.

Not including The Site.

The ZOT may have come from the Holy Ghost,
convicting that person of the heresy being promoted
by the J.O cult

About Larycia Hawkins
Prior to obtaining her Ph.D., Larycia Hawkins worked in state government administering federal programs, including the Social Security Disability Programs and the Community Development Block Grant.

Dr. Hawkins’ research interests lie at the intersection of race, religion, and politics. She is currently working to publish her dissertation, Framing the Faith-Based Initiative: Black Church Elites and the Black Policy Agenda. Her active research agenda includes projects that explore the extent to which black theology frames black political rhetoric and how black theology is reflected on black political agendas, like those of the Congressional Black Caucus and the NAACP; and a project that considers the political activism of black congregations outside the ambit of the black church (i.e. black Catholic parishes, United Church of Christ).

Active research projects include:

“Jesus and Justice: The Moral Framing of the Black Policy Agenda”
“Prophets in Purgatory: Black Political Churches Outside the Black Church Milieu”

And as Pope Francis stated last week, we worship the same God.

No. They worship the same ghost. Religions worship ghosts. And ghosts are spooky to irrational people.

This story has been getting a lot of publicity. It’s become a liberal cause cause celebre over the past couple. Freedom of religion to the left means a Christian college must believe in Islam.

Sounds like she’s studying stuck on stupid.

More like trying to teach it!

Unfortunately, race and feminist ideology sometimes become "faith" for some people, replacing the one true God and His truth.
