Planned Parenthood celebrity spokeswoman Lena Dunham, the actress who admitted she molested her little sister as a kid, will campaign in Iowa on behalf of abortion activist Hillary Clinton, the Democratic presidential candidate.
The Des Moines Register has more:
Actress and author Lena Dunham will campaign for Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton on Jan. 9 in Des Moines and Iowa City.
“Lena has spent a lot of time with Hillary, and I bet she’s got some great stories to share,†Michelle Kleppe, the Iowa organizing director for Hillary for America, said in a news release.
Details of where Dunham will speak and what she will talk about will be released closer to the event, the campaign said.
Dunham appeared in Iowa City last year while touring for her book “Not That Kind of Girl.†Dunham also set a major story line for her “Girls†character Hannah Horvath in Iowa when the mid-20s New Yorker enrolled at the Iowa Writers’ Workshop in the beginning of Season 4. (Horvath did not last long in the Hawkeye state.)
Dunham isn’t the first celebrity to campaign in Iowa. Last week, actor Tony Goldwyn, who plays President Fitzgerald Grant on “Scandal,†campaigned for the former secretary of state and singer Katy Perry appeared at a Clinton rally just before the Jefferson-Jackson dinner in October. In November, author and activist Cornel West stumped for fellow Democratic nominee Bernie Sanders.
It’s interesting that the Register cited Dunham’s book tour because, in the tome, the prominent abortion activist essentially admits to sexually abusing her little sister. Dunham shares disturbing anecdotes about sexually experimenting with her sister who was only a toddler at the time.
At one point, when her sister is a toddler, Lena Dunham pries open her vagina — “my curiosity got the best of me,†she offers, as though that were an explanation. “This was within the spectrum of things I did.â€
In September, Hillary Clinton sat down with Dunham at her Brooklyn based campaign headquarters for an interview. In the segment, Dunham asks Clinton if she’s a “feminist.â€
Clinton responds, “Yes. Absolutely. I’m always a little bit puzzled when any woman of whatever age, but particularly a young woman, says something like, ‘well, I believe in equal rights but I’m not a feminist.’ Well, a feminist is by definition someone who believes in equal rights. I’m hoping that people will not be afraid to say, that doesn’t mean you hate men, it doesn’t you want to separate out the world, so you’re not a part of ordinary life — that’s not what it means at all! It just means that we believe that women have the same rights as men.â€
The full interview will be available on Dunham’s new website, which Dunham recently used to promote abortion. Although Clinton claims to be a feminist, her opposition to even the most modest abortion restrictions shows she’s not considering the ways abortion-on-demand devastates women and their families. Additionally, her support for late-term abortion is unlikely to be popular among younger women since the majority of them are against it in most circumstances.

More from the “everything goes” crowd that teaches everything is relative. This is what happens when you start with the premise that there are no absolutes and no moral facts. Well guess what: There ARE constants. There ARE absolutes. The Word of God and the Will of God are the two most important ones.
It’s time for Christians to reclaim public schools (science education in particular, because REAL science leads directly to a Biblical worldview every time).
Atheist teachers unions wanted God out of the schools. They have gotten their way for about 40 years. But people are increasingly fighting back. This is a CHRISTIAN republic, so schools need to return to what used to be seen as their primary duty — teaching children to grow up to be good servants of Almighty God.
The Bible should return to its rightful place as the primary textbook used in all schools. It applies to virtually every subject. Kids should be wearing out their Bibles.

This just gets crazier and crazier. I mean, in the 1950’s and 60’s the WH was very secretive about overthrowing other governments using insurgents and terrorists. Now the WH does it so openly that they sometimes brag about it. Years ago, it would be shameful to speak of molesting your siblings. Today, we hold major interviews to tell the world of our misconducts and sexual exploits. How the world and the Democrat Party has changed. One has to wonder do they just think there are no absolutes? No sin is too great? I mean, the only one left is Murder. Will they start killing each other, and they brag about it and go on The View and tell the story so others can get ideas on how to do it?
