Yes, I got that information from the article. What I was asking was what BOLO stood for, and found out, from several people here (thanks people) that bolo in military parlance does not stand for anything. If you shoot like crap, you can only fight with a bolo knife, so failing on the gun range is a bolo, and then failure in general became boloing, not to be confusing with blowing, which is likewise not to be confused with sucking, which is hard to do while blowing or boloing.
