The party of handouts wants a taxpayer handout. Democrat National Committee Chairperson Debbie Wasserman Schultz drafted a plan demanding US taxpayers fund the DNC convention next year.
Already struggling with finances, the Democratic Party has drafted a plan to have taxpayers help pay about $20 million for next summerâs nominating convention, reversing a change Congress approved just a year ago.
Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who is also a congresswoman from Florida, has drafted a bill to restore money that both parties used to receive from the federal government to help defray the costs of running their quadrennial conventions.
The Congressional Budget Office revealed the move in a letter released Friday, which said Ms. Wasserman Schultzâs proposal to tap a presidential campaign fund would likely mean each party could get about $20 million in taxpayer money to help with costs.
Hey Debbie Downer, why don’t you ask Georgie Schwartz for some bucks.
They have far more rich donors, guess they wont fund the animal farm parade this time.
Where are their constituents? - the environmentalists, the minorities, the gays, the poor, the broke millenials, the aborted - oh.......
GOP-e is just dumb enough to give it to them.
Yep, they are. The details are being worked out.
It says each party would get the money. I guarantee the gopE will be all in favor.
Convention's at the local biker bar and first round's on me!
Deb, get your greasy hands out of my pockets for a change we can all support.
Like their voters?
BTTT
Gosh, Debs, I’m awful sorry but all my spare money went to the Clinton Foundation.
The DEMONCRAPS say that Every election cycle. Nothing but another LIE !
I guess if they’re broke they could just sit this one out. Save up for 2020. I don’t know that anyone would miss them.
GOPe/RINOs are Democrat Operatives within the Republican Party.
Wait...don’t they have a checkoff on the IRS 1040s for presidential campaigns? Won’t they get a big piece of that action?
