The R&A is taking a stand.
According to The Independent, the R&A has decided that Trump Turnberry's Ailsa course on the Firth of Clyde in southwestern Scotland will not host future British Opens. This decision comes after its owner, business magnate Donald Trump, made controversial remarks regarding Muslims in the United States, in addition to earlier comments about Mexican immigrants.

But they are offended by Trump and the idea that the government should not spend billions importing Muslims into the U.S. until we can understand what the screening procedure is.
They are so offended that they will remove the Trumps Turnberry golf course from the British Open.

It looks like there are 10 courses in the rotation.
Turnberry has hosted 4 times, most recently 2009.
