Trump is right, Cruz grows on people, but the dislike is there.

Look. I think we all can agree, that the people in Washington now and the ones going to Washington like the power, they like the gridlock and all the waste, all the subsidies. Like Trump says they’re there to get reelected.

Cruz and Trump are on the other side. They want to shake things up, they want to undo the years of ineptness.

The media, sees the two together as capable of doing that.

I think Cruz is a bit young and needs an apprenticeship with Trump, he can win next time. The time for now is Trump.

The same can be said of Trump.

Name me one conservative in the Senate or elsewhere who doesn’t like Cruz. He’s praised by all the conservative radio hosts and public figures like Palin. He has conservative allies in Congress like Mike Lee and Steve King.

It’s not his fault the Senate is packed with liberals, RINOs and generally corrupt people who hate him for exposing their dirty laundry and betrayals.

Jesus Christ probably had the same ratio of people who liked him vs. didn’t like him. No one who is trying to be an agent of serious, positive change in a corrupt system would have any different.

GO CRUZ!

I don't "dislike" Ted Cruz, I just think he's completely wrong on two issues that are key issues for me. First is immigration, the second is H1B's. If he were to correct himself on these two issues, I'd have no problem pulling the lever for him. Otherwise, I happen to think Cruz is frankly speaking, brilliant.

My over-arching concerns about both Trump and Cruz are pretty simply stated as follows: Will American's stay focused until next November's election on the immigration, national security and core economic issues that MUST BE ADDRESSED to save this country, or is this all just going to go away once the next big distraction occurs? That's what usually happens.

Honestly, I think really just the political junkies like us here on FR who are even paying attention right now. 90% or more of America won't even think about starting to pay attention to the election until after Labor Day and anything can happen between now and then.

I agree. Trump is the person we need in the Whitehouse for this moment in time. Cruz is much better suited to Attorney General where is doesn’t have to get along with anybody. He will be prosecuting them.
