How can Trump hope to get along with the judiciary if he campaigns against them in a personal manner? We are not talking about Ginsberg here, but a fellow conservative on the court. He is showing himself to lack the judgement and character to an effective president.

On Saturday, however, Trump called Scalia “terrific” at a campaign event while telling South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson. Clarence Thomas, apparently his favorite Justice, has made the same point about Affirmative Action backfiring on black students so Trump was probably just surprised at Scalia’s bluntness and rather clumsy delivery.

Heard from the grape vine by word of mouth that the Trump supporters on Twitter are deserting him in droves and most are going over to Ted Cruz.
