Police misconduct? Not possible! This is America, not East Germany.
Trending towards East Germany. Police misconduct is unclear, but certainly possible and may even probable. As for prosecutorial misconduct that is no doubt. I hope that the real murderers don't walk at the end of all of this.
In East Germany, it wasn't called "Police Misconduct". It was called "Standard Operating Procedure".
