New video released of the May shooting that occurred outside a Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco, Texas, raises more questions than it answers about what really happened that day. One of the biggest takeaways from the incident may be the nationwide media blackout on what could be the biggest story of police misconduct in 2015.
The May shooting left nine dead, four of whom had no criminal records in Texas. Over 170 bikers were immediately arrested on cookie-cutter charges and given $1,000,000 bail each.
The story immediately made national headlines as a "biker shootout" and Black Lives Matter activists were quick to jump on the story as an example of how violent white people are treated better by the police than black Americans.

Oh come on. The police were there en-mass waiting for an excuse to jump in and start shooting. How is that not an ambush? They weren’t called to the scene. They were there just waiting to pounce like a lion on its prey.

It sounds like you know something the rest of us don’t. How do you know only 4 LEO’s fired? Did none of the LEO’s fire their handguns? Supposedly 12 shots were fired from .223 caliber weapons.
Let’s see all the videos and docs then we can start saying things with certainty.
It was still an ambush in waiting. No way around that fact.
Except that it is not a fact, it is your conclusion. In the video released this week you see part of the fight in the parking lot. There are at least three people armed with guns that don't get shot by police (fat Cossack, skinny Cossack, Cossack that shoots Rodriguez in the face). If it were really an ambush, those three would have been shot. The one person you see get shot by police was unlucky enough to continue fighting when the rest of his club was running.
I totally agree, although I know very little on the subject. The governments story about the incident stinks to high heaven.
I guess we will just have to agree to disagree on the the point of this being an ambush.
I will agree to one point. Whomever started this thing among the bikers were idiots; plain and simple. Especially when there were, in plain sight, uniformed and non uniformed police with police cars and a swat van.
It takes a special kind of stupid to get into a brawl in a situation like that. It’s a shame so many innocent people got swept up in it and treated like criminals when they obviously are not. That part is on the police. No one not actively involved in any crime should have been let out of jail with no bail no more than 3 days after the event and that’s if the police were really dragging their feet. By then they had everyone’s info so they could find them later if need be.
Bottom line is this was blown way out of proportion by LE and the judges and then the DA. No excuse for that. I imagine there will be some hefty civil payments though.
Here is the part that is going to upset everybody, especially the families of the dead and injured. Not everybody guilty of murder at that incident is going to be found guilty of murder or even charged with murder. There were too many people fighting to make a clear set of facts for a murder conviction.
Even in the video that shows who I believe is Jesus Rodriguez tackling a Cosack from behind and subsequently being punched and shot to death, there may not be a murder conviction. We will have to wait and see.

Oh TG...you are SO transparent of a liar. Unlike the Waco prosecutors and judges, you don’t have the ability to hide evidence of your actions. One can simply go to your posting history and quickly see that you did, in fact, select-copy-paste almost all of that post (Dec 13, 2015, 1:34) from your Dec 12, 2015, 7:35 post.
You have a long history of over and over and over again copying the same thing repeatedly. As I said, you’ve proudly “mastered” the art of select-copy-paste in scattering your same vomit over many, many threads. Don’t try to deny the essence of what you are.
