That was my thought, too. Turkey was doing a little survey to see how close they could get to a Russian ship for a future “suicide bombing” attempt.

“There is a real point here. The Russians did not sink the boat, but instead acted with restraint and did the necessary to get the boat to move away.”

And the preceding point that the Turks are provocative lightweights.

Erdogan keeps right on poking Russia, Europe and the US ......he wants to see war between the super powers so he can move the Caliphat in and be the Great Sultan of the revived Ottoman Empire.

At this meeting 1500-2000 politicians present were urged to 'inoculate' the European culture with the Turkish in order to "Turkicise" these countries.......An important element of Erdogan's overall strategy of reaching out from Turkey to Islamize and Turkicize Germany.

"Democracy is only the train we board until we reach our goal.... The mosques are our barracks, the minarets are our bayonets, the domes are our helmets, and the faithful are our soldiers."... Erdogan

...Refugees: "They should have stopped us in Turkey"....

Surprising. The "Kashins" are of Charles F Adams vintage.

Still in service at 46 years.
