exactly- the UN did some fancy footwork to make this ‘an agreement that is a treaty’ so that congress doesn’t have to agree to it but it will be ‘legal and binding’ nonetheless
Apparently we are no longer ‘One Nation under God’ But we’re now “One Nation Under the UN”- We’re no longer sovereign, because we’ve worked in workarounds that subvert our sovereignty
The Senate should be on this like white on rice. This is a treaty. If the commie’s want to call it “a deal”, they can go ahead and do that. However, Congress needs to inform the Kenyan that his “deal” is also a treaty.
