Maybe if they’d stop recruiting athletes and instead military aptitude they’d not have hanger queens.
My son is at Annapolis, actually Istanbul on foreign exchange, as a second class Mid. He is not there as an athlete, and he is far from the smartest. They really do get bright kids.
