Oh, baloney. Sen. Cruz cut his teeth by eating true Wall Streeters for lunch. As for TPA, you’re all wet. It’s a mechanism, not a policy. It allows presidents to negotiate trade deals and submit them to an up or down vote. The mythical “president” trump would need TPA as much as any president to renegotiate trade deals to our alleged advantage. Or even to withdraw from some trade deals. Passing TPA with a six-year term at the end of a dammocrap’s term is a brilliant way to set up the next Republican president. Do you think the dammocraps will be so willing to give a “president” trump or a President Cruz TPA authority to renegotiate with China, or pull out of NAFTA? Or are you one of those who hopes emperor trump will rule by exe utive order, just like his model, the kenyan antichrist? As it is, Sen. Cruz voted for a version of TPA with strict language about immigration. When it came back with that stripped, he voted AGAINST it. Yeah, real Wall Street move.
