Not if we expect to get a decent candidate elected.
Front runner is a meaningless concept in a primary. There are vastly more people adamantly against his candidacy than are for him.
Remember 2008?
Did the “front runner” end up on the ticket? - Nope! Mystery Babylon put their guy in with ease.

The owner of this site has made it clear that Cruz is the best guy, just like Rush Limbaugh has.
You’ll soon be amazed by how many agree.
I see a 3-way race, Cruz, Trump and Rubio. You know the supporters of Bush, Kasich, Christie and the rest of the “Little Candidates” are not going to go to Trump, and few will go to Cruz. Carson’s supporters are a little hard to gauge, though I would guess Rubio will get most of them, a lot of people went to Carson because they like the softer voice. Rubio has a pretty big upside still available to him.
It will come down to which of the three is best organized in the delegate hunt aspect of the game.
All true but I can sum it up even more quickly. I am a conservative. I will not ever vote for a liberal or a statist. Period.
And I am beyond disappointed that this site, that was once the preeminent conservative site on the web, is riddled with people who seem to be so willing to check their principles at the door in exchange for the cheap carnival barker “promises” of a man that six months ago most would’ve laughed at the very idea of his running as a republican. Especially when the primary promise that he’s made has zero chance of ever becoming reality.
