You can legalize it, rationalize it and justify it but just as it was when I took Soc 1000 in 1973 it is still deviant.
What you you expect? The left seems to define “progress” by whatever culture is doing at the moment. If you are resisting change in even the least way, or even not changing fast enough for the avant guard, you’re anything from backwards, a bigot, or outright the enemy.
So very many are like the Clevers from Lewis’ The Pilgrim’s Regress, and that’s not a good thing.
