Why that would not be environmentally friendly and just think of the toads and fishyees that live in the pond. We would destroy their habitat. Where would the ducks and geese go to crap?
And getting a permit from the EPA would delay the investigation 10 years. It would be faster to let it evaporate the trying to get the permit.
