All this means is that Ted Cruz is running in the primary because he wants to win the primary.

Cruz: Trump, Carson Campaigns Will Fall, I'll Get Their Supporters I'd guess that statement just lost Cruz 3% of his current polling number.
The candidates are all running against Trump, and each other, instead of attacking Sanders or Clinton.
Trump seems to be running a campaign appealing to the voters and what foremost on their mind... and from time to time attacks Hillary
No wonder Trump has a commanding lead.
More power to him.

What I find amusing is that if Cruz makes a mild comment to the effect that he thinks he would make a better President than Trump or Carson, the Trump supporters go apoplectic! “Treason!” “Blasphemy!” “Backstabber!” Yet Trump makes a habit of insulting his fellow Republican candidates, and that seems to be OK.

Who am I comfortable having their finger on the button?
.....................................................
So Ted is continuing this lame narrative against Trump started by the other losers in the race. I seriously expect much better from Cruz.

Cruz says whatever he has to say to scoop up well-meaning but naive conservatives.
For "legal status" for illegals. Against it.
For a 500% increase in H1-B visas for foreign workers. Against it.
Has wife who co-authored Council on Foreign Relations paper on forming a "North American Union" with the Amero replacing the U.S. Dollar? No problem...just ignore it and send Ted more money.
He's God's plan for America, 2nd coming of Reagan, blah, blah. All B.S.

Ted must earn supporters. They are not inherited.

I just listened to the audio and CRUZ is just thumping his chest. No biggie. He wants to win. He didn’t say anything but actually compliment Trump for framing the message but CRUZ says he basically has the experience. Yawn! I still like CRUZ but TRUMP will WIN the nomination! GO TRUMP :)

The brazen hypocrisy of Trump supporters invoking a double standard and pretending to dismay over Cruz's remarks is stunning.

Sure, Cruz will get some of Trumps and Carsons GOP support. But he will get none of the Dem and little of the Indy support that Trump currently has.
Without Trump in the race, Cruz would be brushed aside in short order to clear the deck for Rubio.
To: MichelleWSC3
Cruz voted for Corker bill which ceded senate powers to tyrant Obama. Supported TPA until Rubio cast the needed vote.
He will not get my vote.

Relax folks this statement is the same as has been posted here many times. Trump probably thinks he will get Cruz voters or Carsons.
