Just why does any civil society tolerate these degenerates?
Those in power tolerate degenerates because they are degenerate themselves. Look at the Roman empire and the emperors and what they had to do to the Christians to keep the citizens happy.
The current power structure in America is just as degenerate and would rather see Americans slaughtered rather than lose their goodies. It is simple to understand.
