The list goes on. These are not my positions. These WERE Trump’s positions. These are facts. They are not in dispute. He does NOT have conservative bona fides. Maybe he did wake up one morning and suddenly become conservative. It is possible but it is not likely. Not many people change their entire worldview that radically in such a short amount of time.
If he did, congratulations Donald Trump! Welcome to the good guys’ side. Conservatives, however, should remain very skeptical. He has changed his views too many times and too recently to be called a conservative.
I am not blind to reality. I am just being an objective observer. These were/are Trump’s positions. I am not randomly assigning them. These are based on what HE SAID!!!
The Trumpsters’ denying what Donald Trump has said and done in the past and calling him a “true conservative” is being blind to reality.
