No Trump fan here but I'm not surprised that the media's pummeling of Trump hasn't hurt him. The media is in a different world as compared to the rest of the electorate. The media supports strict gun control, the public does not. The media supports ObamaCare, the public does not. The media believes we are in an economic boom, the public knows we're not. The media supports open borders and amnesty and letting more Muslims in, the public does not. As a result of all the above, news networks are losing audiences and people find them increasingly untrustworthy. Every poll, by big margins, shows the public knows that when it comes to reporting on political issues, the press sides with the Democrats and their causes.
