If there were a 3rd shooter, I would think they would know that from matching ballistics, casings etc., from mass murder scene to the recovered terrorist weapons.
It is a possibility he was a get-away driver. Just speculation on my part.
Casings form three different rifles will have three different primer strikes. But don’t expect the regime to give that data out to the public.
