GOP Consultant: "non-college educated segment of the party" adheres to Trump
Posted on 12/09/2015 4:29:01 PM PST by cotton1706
âItâs moved from a concern that heâs hung around so long to being concerned that there is this core of non-college-educated segment of the party thatâs adhering to his irrational and dangerous rhetoric and has the potential to hold the party back,â said Rob Stutzman, a GOP consultant in Sacramento.

Interestingly enough, I am one of those “kollidge edjeecated” folks, and I know many similar folks who are voting for Trump. Education doesn’t have d**k squat to do with this election. That being said, INTELLIGENCE does.

Nice to know that the Political Party people choose to join berates it’s own Members.
We can get insulted by Democrats all day long. They are Snakes but they never go after their Supporters like these GOPe types do with theirs.
I’ll be Registering Independent, thank you very much.

From whatever we’ve seen out of these college pukes since the 60’s, I’ll settle for whomever is for America and the constitution. Unless you’re going into the professions (medicine, engineering, law, etc.), most of the diplomas being handed out today are “high school II” anyway.
By the way, did any of these elites ever actually SEE obamas college diploma, or, his grade School?

That’s what Cruz brings to the ticket...ability to reach higher-educated (plus highly conservative) voters. It’s an UNSTOPPABLE ticket.

No, it is the same. About 32 to 36 percent college and non college support Trump. The most recent poll posted here had the internals.

Well, I'm a good deal more highly educated than this Stutzman kid, and I applaud Trump for finally letting the cats out of the bag. We have not seen his like since H.L.Mencken.

Well in their eyes if you didn't graduate with at least a master's from an Ivy league school, then you went to a Stupid State University and are considered on of the undesirables by the upper echelon GOPe establishment. Hope that clarifies it for ya!

It does not appear that the most highly educated make the best political decisions. When you are wrong-headed, no amount of education will help

Those with degrees in something meaningful like science or business as opposed to the liberal arts—social sciences boobs are Trump supporters
Myself -my wife my brother my 7 nieces and nephews etc etc with decent degrees all support Trump and Cruz

There is some truth to that idea. No, that isn't an intentional insult to fellow FReepers. However, the "non-college educated" factor also hits every other segment of Trump supporters: liberals, independents, unions, minorities, enlisted military, housewives, you name it. And there is nothing wrong with not having a college degree. Trump has just as many college-educated supporters. So, what is the author's point? Trump supporters are ignorant or Trump supporters don't have college degrees? Who freeping cares other than the D.C. Cartel who think everyone outside of the beltway is either ignorant or misinformed?

I like these clowns strutting around with the J-School sheepskin stapled to their foreheads.
Makes it easy to punch them in the nose without them seeing it coming.
