The super PAC supporting Jeb Bush is racing through its massive war chest much faster than money is coming in, spending close to $50 million in a record blitz that has so far failed to lift the former Florida governor's sputtering presidential candidacy.
The group, Right to Rise, has already gone through nearly half of the $103 million it brought in during the first half of the year, records show. It raised only about $13 million in the five months that followed, according to a person familiar with the figure.
That leaves the super PAC with around $67 million heading into the first 2016 nominating contests. The sum still surpasses the resources of rival groups, but it is not clear whether Right to Rise's financial might - viewed earlier this year as Bush's distinct advantage - will be enough to help separate him from the pack.

I'd guess that Yeb would do much better give some chunks of that money to people rather than wasting it on advertising. Under no circumstances will I vote for the Amnesty SOB, but I WILL take a big chunk of his money.
If Jeb had carried one glass of water to Terry Schiavo,
it would have cost NOTHING.
Trump is proving that the right person can run for office and not be an organ grinder’s monkey for a bunch of fat cats.
I’m hoping they spend most of it tanking Bush. Money left over will be used to hurt conservatives, regardless who the last GOPE candidate standing is. This is super-pac money and not tied legally to a particular candidate.
The point of this PAC is to keep Mike Murphy in clover, not elect any particular candidate.
Not wasted.
It was well-spent keeping JeBush at 3% in the polls.
What a pathetic waste of money, which could have helped so many others in less fortunate circumstances.
Any given hour on FoxNews on my TV here in SC has 2 or 3 of the same tired Jebcito commercials sponsored by Right to Rise PAC. They are so frequent and repetitive, I think they have passed over into counterproductive, turning off any possible gullible Yeb! voter.
Although this appears to not be coming out of Yeb’s pocket, I yearn for Springtime when our primary is done and Yebster fades away to “go do cool things”.
JEB can fix it.
There running those ads here in Florida too. Ive yet to meet anyone that will vote for Bush.
