And if you depict the prophet of a certain religion you will be killed.
Imagine the storm of feces if a black man was shown crucified.
Please, this has 1st amendment written all over it. It’s called “art”. If a crucifix upside down in a jar of urine is ok, along with offensive gangsta rap, etc. then there’s no case here.
That said, in our PC culture and the way judges legislate from the bench when it suits them, who knows? Although a PC ruling would have many implications.

Perhaps they should style Him as a zebra.
What an effin load of “S”.
How would he know? The Bible provides no physical description of Jesus.
I wonder if he’s only upset when artwork depicts White folks or if he would also be upset if Jesus were depicted as Black - hell of a trick for Mary to pull off having descended from David’s lineage...Of course, God could have managed it but there would likely be a blurb or two in some of the documents...
As my wife would say, “I know how he votes”....
When I was in Vietnam during the war, a black guy in my platoon regaled some others with a portrait he had of a “Black Jesus”. I mean, he was black-black, to which I commented, “Okay. So?”, and just drew a momentary blank stare before they went back to their celebration.
“Some Children See Him”
Some children see Him lily white,
The baby Jesus born this night.
Some children see Him lily white,
With tresses soft and fair.
Some children see Him bronzed and brown,
The Lord of heav’n to earth come down.
Some children see Him bronzed and brown,
With dark and heavy hair.
Some children see Him almond-eyed,
This Savior whom we kneel beside.
Some children see Him almond-eyed,
With skin of yellow hue.
Some children see Him dark as they,
Sweet Mary’s Son to whom we pray.
Some children see him dark as they,
And, ah! they love Him, too!
The children in each different place
Will see the baby Jesus’ face
Like theirs, but bright with heavenly grace,
And filled with holy light.
O lay aside each earthly thing
And with thy heart as offering,
Come worship now the infant King.
‘Tis love that’s born tonight!
Jesus was a blue eyed blonde and so was Mary, based on descriptions of them from ancient texts before there were any agendas
Pilate’s letter describing Jesus to Caesar is part of the US Congressional Record
